All of the sales person reports display gross sales instead of net sales which mean they do not factor returns.  There is nothing to fix since these reports work according to design.

Due to the way SEOM handles back orders, the [Order Details].QuantityShipped is used to calculate sales instead of the [Order Details].QuantitySold.  The [Order Details].QuantityReturned is not used in the calculation for the Sales Person reports at this time.

I've pulled up this report for last months sales to find it does not recognize the items that were returned in the cost.  The revenue column shows the lesser amount from the item that was returned, but the cost shows the original amount with the cost from the item that was returned.  This is occurring in a few sales. 
Can this be fixed?

The production version of Touché will be released on the following schedule:

Enterprise version – 09/20/2010

It does not seem like I got the last two, or I missed them.  Now I can not find a download link.  I sent an e-mail to "tmartin" yesterday asking for a download link, but I have not heard back yet.

This update contains resolves the following issues:

Enterprise Edition:  Added support for the UPS Mail Innovations file format
Corrected an issue with the UPS Invoice Data Report not setting the delimiter properly.
UPS Mail Innovations file support improvements.

The Enterprise version did not support the UPS-MI file format and the reason you were have this problem.

A new update in Build 60 has been released adding this support.  Registered users will receive an email notice on how to download the latest update.
