Licenses for Communiqué are a onetime cost. There are no re-occurring costs after the initial purchase.
Software assurance is optional, and can be renewed annually if you choose. We’ve priced the software assurance to be less than the cost of upgrades because we believe getting the updates as soon as they are released is more beneficial to our customers.
Since the initial release, we’ve added 90 reports and a slew of new features and enhancements. You can go to the following link
